Pinar works within the NASDAQ Center, where she sees firsthand how culture affects founders. A key takeaway from her interview that guided our process was the uniqueness of the NASDAQ Center’s culture. She describes it as “unlike anywhere else.” While this environment is deeply empowering, it can also leave founders unprepared for the harsher realities of life outside the Center and the broader challenges of being a founder.
