Waiver Saver
Waiver Saver is a mobile app concept designed to eliminate the friction of repetitive waiver paperwork for individuals, families, and organizations. Inspired by my experience growing up in competitive lacrosse—where my parents spent countless hours managing waivers for tournaments, camps, and activities—I identified an opportunity to streamline a process that is often redundant, time-consuming, and stressful.
The app allows users to securely store, auto-fill, and electronically sign waivers, making it easy to submit required forms in seconds. For businesses and organizations, Waiver Saver enables real-time verification and tracking of submitted waivers, simplifying check-ins and improving operational efficiency. By serving both individuals and organizations, the concept creates a shared system that reduces paperwork while increasing clarity and compliance.
Waiver Saver reframes waiver management as a seamless, paperless experience—giving families less time on forms and more time doing what they love.

Lessons and Learnings
From Problem to Product
Pitching Waiver Saver taught me how to identify a real-world pain point and translate it into a viable business concept built around a two-sided marketplace. I learned how to balance the needs of individual users and organizations, shaping features that create value for both sides while reinforcing the overall product vision.
I especially enjoyed focusing on poster design and crafting a clear, compelling pitch—distilling complex functionality into key features that could be quickly understood and sold to an audience. This process strengthened my ability to communicate product value through visual storytelling.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue developing this concept and explore how AI could further streamline the experience—automating form completion, improving verification, and making the app even more intuitive and easy to use.
